2007 Graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania Bachelor's of Science in Mass Media Arts & Journalism I currently teach 10th, 11th, and 12th grade English, but I am certified 6th-12th. I am also the Junior Class Advisor and the Co-Sponsor of SWAT-Students Working Against Tobacco I came to Crooms AOIT after teaching in Osceola County. The Magnet school environment, the focus on IT, and a mystical force (I would later come to find out that this mystical force was the Universe's way of connecting me to Ms. Demateis) are what brought me to Crooms AOIT. I am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in School Based Counseling. My major interests/hobbies are spending time with my husband, watching football and basketball, and traveling are the things I do when I am not teaching or working on perfecting my craft. I majored in English Education B.S. from UCF. Working on Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from UWF. I love in literature in writing and desire my students to acquire that same passion.
